Our 365-Day Returns Policy
We gladly offer a full refund or store credit for most products purchased online within 365 days of receipt, as long as they are in brand-new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

- Contact Us First: Before returning an item, please get in touch with us in writing or via email to receive return approval. Unauthorised returns cannot be processed.
- No Refunds on Delivery Fees: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Change of Mind Returns
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap an item, simply place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Eligibility for Change of Mind Returns:
- Notify us in writing within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
- Returns must be sent back within 10 business days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Follow all return instructions provided by our team.
Please note:
- Delivery fees are not refundable.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- You are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping. We recommend insuring high-value items.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you’ve received a faulty or damaged product, we’re here to help.
How to Lodge a Faulty Product Return:
- Contact us in writing with proof of purchase.
- Submit photos and/or videos clearly showing the fault.
- Once approved, return the item within 10 business days of receiving an RMA number.
Assessment Process:
- All faulty items will be assessed by our team or the manufacturer.
- Manufacturer assistance may help speed up the resolution.
Important Notes:
- Issues caused by improper use, wear and tear, or neglect are not eligible for return.
- Clothing or fabrics not cared for according to their instructions will not be considered faulty.

After receiving your RMA number:

Missing Parcels

Authority to Leave (ATL)
To support contactless delivery, some couriers may use Authority to Leave (ATL). Once your parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, the order is considered complete. For any concerns, please contact the courier directly.
